Umubabaro (anxieté) ni kimwe mu bigumbagumba vyigaragaza igihe umuntu yerekanye ubwoba afise muri we bw’ibintu bibi bishobora kumushikira mu buzima bwa minsi yose bikamutuma yandurukana n’indwara zidahumuriza.

Umuntu yuzuye umubabaro (Personne anxieuse) naho mu buzima vyoba bigenda neza, atekaniwe, aguma abona ko bitazomara igihe kirekire. Ivyo bigaca bimutuma ashaka kuguma ariwe wenyene, akama arushe, yuzuye n’ishavu muriwe rimutuma yumva atashobora kugira ico ahinduye muvyo aba ariko aracamwo.
Abahinga mu gisata c’ubuvuzi, bavuga ko kwama uri umuntu yuzuye umubabaro (anxieuse), bigira ingaruka zitari nziza ku magara y’umubiri. Aho twovuga nko kuba umuntu atigera aronka itiro, agira ububabare bwo mu mitsi, kuza urata ubwenge nk’umurwayi w’intandara, kujugumira kw’umubiri, kubira ivyuya mu biganza, kugira ibizunguzungu, n’ibindi.

Ibindi bimeyetso bikunze kwigaragaza ku muntu yuzuye imibabaro, ni nko kumeneka umutwe, kuribwa mu nda, gucibwamwo, kugumirwa mu nda, kwumva igikiriza umenga kiraboshe ntibikunde ko uhema neza, kwumva umenga uranizwe mu muhogo no mu nda, kuguma ushaka kuja ku mwanda muto, kuranda kw’imitsi, n’ibindi.
Mu bushakashatsi bwakozwe ku bijanye n’umubabaro, abahinga mu bijanye n’ivy’inyifato barerekana bimwe mu bitera bene uwo mubabaro (Anxiété) :

Mu mpanuro zitangwa ku vyokorwa mu kwirinda kugira umubabaro, hariho :

1) Kugira imyimenyerezo yo kwinonora imitsi. Ku bantu basanzwe bashavura cane, abaganga bahanura ko bategerezwa kugira imyimenyerezo n’imiburiburi nk’iminota 30 ku munsi.

4) Kwicara ahantu hatekanye, ahantu ata ruja n’uruza rw’induru ruhari kugira umuntu ashobore kwiyumvira ibintu bimuruhura. Abaganga mu bijanye n’inyifato bemeza ko ukwiyumvira ibintu biruhura, bifise ubushobozi ku bwonko mu kugabanya uguhahamuka (Depression) bigatuma n’umutima uruhuka.
