Ubuyobozi bwa Kaminuza y’Uburundi bwafashe ingingo y’uguhagarika mu kiringo c’uwu mwaka w’ishure abanyeshure bo kuri iyo Kaminuza bagera ku munani. Abo banyeshure bafatiwe ibihano bari mu baherukira kwandikira umukuru w’igihugu Petero NKURUNZIZA bamusaba ko yohagarika itegeko rihindura ingene bahora bahabwa agafashanyo.
Abo banyeshure umunani ba Kaminuza y’Uburundi bafatiwe ibihano biyongereye ku bandi babiri bo kw’ishure nderabigisha ENS nabo nyene birukanwe kuri iryo shure.
Ivyigwa vyarahagaze kuri izo Kaminuza zompi, abanyeshure bagasaba ko ingingo y’uko agafashanyo bahora bahabwa kohinduka ingurane yohagarara, kuko ku bw’abo, iyo ngingo ije gucinyiza abanyeshure bo mu miryango ikenye.
Abanyeshure bo kw’ishure rya Kaminuza y’ivy’ubuvuzi (INSP : Institut National de Sante Publique) bandikiye nabo umukuru w’igihugu Petero NKURUNZIZA bamusaba ko yorindira gushira umukono kw’itegeko rihindura ingene bahora bahabwa agafashanyo (Bourse), iryo tegeko rikavuga ko bagiye kugahabwa nk’ingurane (Prêt-bourse).
Abo banyeshure bavuga ko mu gihe iyo ngingo itoba yahagaritswe kw’igenekerezo rya 14 Ndamukiza 2017, nabo bazoca bahagarika ivyigwa.
Mu rwandiko abo banyeshure barungikiye umukuru w’igihugu, bamumenyesheje ko iyo ngingo ifashwe mu mwanya atariwo, kuko itazokworohereza abanyeshure kandi ko n’abanyagihugu bugarijwe n’ubukene. Abo banyeshure basaba ko iryo tegeko ryoba rirahagaze.

@ intagoheka , you claimed that you visited more countries around the World , you extremist, ignominious, who is not afraid to insult even his excellence the president of the Republic of Burundi if your are among these students , there is no need for you to learn you to be someone who may not help nothing your nation! Come up and reveal the truth to the others, you are rather shocked by the change that God through CNDD-FDD brought in Burundi . Surprised to see what you did not expect to see :
A democratically elected president able to finish his term
High officers in the army from all ethnic groups
All ethnic groups into all government departments etc
